Apply for Graduation

• To apply for graduation, you must submit an 'Intent to Graduate' form by the end of the published deadline. Master's and doctoral degree students may file for graduation in the Office of Student Affairs, ED110, or download the 'Intent to Graduate' form for master's and doctoral degree students below.
• Undergraduate students are required to apply for graduation online at:

When to Apply

The 'Intent to Graduate' form must be completed and turned in to the Office of Student Affairs during registration for your last semester. Please note that graduate students must also have a signature from their faculty advisor before submitting their 'Intent to Graduate' form.
