College Wide Programs

The Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) program is designed as a professional practice doctorate for professionals in their field. The program consists of a core of eight courses in learning, development and motivation; data, accountability and leadership; and organizational contexts and the use of research to drive decision-making. This program is intended for professionals who are interested in teaching in a college, university or community college; or leading curriculum and instructional improvement initiatives in a school, school district, higher education, military or business setting.
