Educational Leadership Ed.S.

The Educational Specialist Degree (Ed.S.) is an advanced professional degree designed specifically for individuals who have completed a master's degree in a field other than Educational Leadership and who wish to meet the requirements for Florida Level 1 Educational Leadership Certification while working toward a degree. The general program of study leading to the Ed.S. Degree consists of a minimum of 36 semester hours beyond the master's degree in a planned program of study (including a maximum of 9 transfer hours). Students who complete an Ed.S. Degree in Educational Leadership may apply for admission to the doctoral program.
