Graduate Certificate

Educational Research, Technology and Leadership

The Instructional/Educational Technology graduate certificate program is designed to provide experienced classroom teachers with the knowledge and abilities to apply technological tools to the learning process and to develop the leadership skills necessary to become educational technology specialists in K-12 schools.

The certificate program assists students in meeting requirements for State of Florida Teacher Certification. In addition, students learn the subject matter needed to meet the National Educational Technology Standards for Teachers, developed by the International Society for Technology (ISTE) in Education, which is being adopted by the National Council for Accreditation of Teacher Education (NCATE).
