Dr. Vicky Zygouris-Coe is an Associate Professor in Reading/Literacy in the College of Education at the University of Central Florida. She received her Master's Degree in Educational Psychology from the University of London, England. Her Ph.D. was awarded in Instruction and Curriculum at the University of Florida. Her teaching interests include: reading/literacy education, curriculum and instruction, and educational research. Dr. Zygouris-Coe's research interests are in the areas of reading comprehension, children's construction of meaning, teachers' thinking and practices about reading/literacy, classroom interactions, and teacher education.
