SAEs Subject Area Exams

TEST FORMAT
There are currently over forty FTCE Subject Area Examinations (SAEs).
The Florida Department of Education (FLDOE) refers to these as Competencies and Skills Exams.

WORKSHOPS
The UCF College of Education and Human Performance provides a workshop specifically for the Elementary Education.
Click on Workshop Schedule to find a session titled, Subject Area Exam (K-6).
UCF teacher candidates in other subject areas are encouraged to contact their Program Coordinator
for SAE assistance, including recommended resources and guides.
