Educators' Summer Institute Provides Professional Development in Teaching Students with Disabilities

Spend your summer learning the best practices for inclusive education. Join us during the fourth annual Educators’ Summer Institute (ESI) June 9-10, 2017, designed for current administrators and educators seeking recertification and 20 hours of professional development in teaching students with disabilities (SWD) as required under Senate Bill 1108.

For ESI, attendees complete three online modules on best practices for inclusive education under the mentorship of UCF faculty and attend two days of interactive sessions facilitated by experts in the field of Exceptional Education.

Attendees will have the opportunity to visit and explore the nationally acclaimed TeachLivE™ Lab where they will enhance their behavior management skills in a safe virtual classroom. Other cutting-edge instructional technology demonstrations will also be available for attendees in the Technology Showcase.

Registration includes complimentary parking, a continental breakfast, and lunch.

Please contact Dr. Maria Reyes at Maria.Reyes@ucf.edu if you require special accommodations during the conference or for the online modules.
