Funding Opportunities for Faculty and Students
The Core Fulbright Scholar Program offers over 500 teaching, research or combination teaching/research awards in over 125 countries.
The College of Education and Human Performance will award up to four $500 scholarships in Spring 2017 and Summer 2017 for education majors accepted to participate in a study abroad program developed by the College. If you qualify, complete this application and return as an email attachment to Karen.Biraimah@ucf.edu as soon as possible. Deadline for initial round of applications is Nov. 2, 2016. Final submission deadline: Feb. 1, 2017 (assuming scholarships are still available).
The Burnett Honors College awards scholarships to University Honors and Honors in the Major students in good academic standing pursuing Study Abroad programs.
The Fulbright U.S. Student Program provides grants for students to conduct a study or research project or engage in an English Teaching Assistantship during one academic year (8 - 10 months) in a country outside the United States.
The Office of Prestigious Awards (OPA) provides UCF students and alumni with information and advising for major national and international fellowships and scholarships. OPA serves as the UCF campus representative for all awards requiring university endorsement or nomination, including the Rhodes, Marshall, Truman, and Goldwater scholarships. While OPA is housed within The Burnett Honors College, it serves the entire UCF community.
The UCF Abroad office offers some scholarships to cover the cost of study abroad programs.
The UCF Student Government Association provides opportunities to request for funds to help the cover the cost of conference registration and travel.
